QUESTION: What do Tarzan, Abe Lincoln and major league baseball standout Scott Erickson have in common?

ANSWER: They were all abused husbands.

Think of Clara Harris's dead husband who she ran over with her car or Mary Winkler who shot her husband Matthew dead. Neither of them is alive to speak of their abuse. Then of course there is Lorena Bobbit slicing her husband. Did anyone think of these men as abused? Probably not. The media never used the word domestic violence in these stories. I wonder why not?
