You ask GREAT questions and I think they're all up for consideration, possibly considered carefully.

As regards A lumbricoides and hookworms, the whole body of the worm remains in the intestinal lumen. This slight difference in location of the adult worm may also imply differentiated exposure to antihelminthic drugs that act in the intestinal lumen."
