6.3 is not diabetic, if you are referring to A1C test. It's a "keep an eye on it" precautionary level. My last test was also 6.3. AMA recommends below 7. My morning fast levels had been generally in the 1-teens, also yellow flag, but 126 is upper limit for that (100-126 considered pre-diabetic). What have been your morning fast levels?

Note: been trying other protocols with ACV, cayenne Pepper and cinnamon. Have been getting more readings toward and below 100 on a more frequent basis. Jury is still out.

Been flushing a couple of years. Never affected my glucose or cholesterol in any positive manner. Still flushing, though.
