Anyone who follows the strict protocol of HC's Liver Flush will soon find out just how flexible and forgiving it is. Use Sunflower oil. Tastes much better. Use canned frozen orange juice. Mixes just as well. Drink a lot of water, as someone posted, up to 20 minutes before the ES (Personally I stop an hour before) Timing before your natural bedtime. For me that counts backwards from midnight. You don't need more than an hour and a half between doses and Oil, maybe less. If you are still awake an hour after the oil, go ahead drink more water. Once the stones are released within the first 1/2 hour, you might as well wash them through.

Drink more water when you get up. I don't take morning ES. After a couple of trips to the bathroom drink more water and do a SWF. Top it off with SW enema a few hours later.

I've gotten great results this way.
