First I had my regular Niacin intake up to 900mg per day and had no intention of switching to the “No Flush” Inositol Hexanicotinate version but my Dad had continuing issues and I ordered a bottle of Inositol Hexanicotinate for him to try.
When it came in we split one 500mg into 4 capsules and another one into two capsules to get him slowly into it. Anyhow by day 3 he scrapped the ¼ dose and jumped to the half dose and on day 4 for he went for the full dose.

Inositol Hexanicotinate appears a better way to stop the relaxing capillaries that force a new flush every day you dose and stop you from reaching higher levels of Niacin intake.

Anyhow, since the bottle was here and I just read that Dr. Klinghardt recommends 3-4g of Inositol Hexanicotinate a day for Lyme issues I tried it and am sold.
