This has been something I've really wondered about as the Japanese are getting their Iodine from seaweed and seaweed has bromide as well as other trace minerals.

I know they are supposed to grow "high Iodine seaweeds" so would love to know the amount of bromide in these. (However I've yet to find a link to how these are grown or where you buy them)

A couple of months ago I was going through a similar reaction of feeling extremely tired some days and flu like. It's about disappeared since I've upped selenium and other trace minerals. I also added modiflan and some seaweed broth in to increase the trace minerals.

BTW...what was you know bromide source????? I would think seaweed might give you enough bromide.
