hey all!Im new into this forum.Last week, i had tried taking ACV.Here's what i did;
2 TBS ACV into 1.5 litre of water and i was sipping all day long for 2 days.
And then next day, i started taking 2 TBS acv in 8oz of water 2 x a day for 2 days.
5th day, I added 1/4 teaspoon Bicarbonate soda, 2 TBS acv and 8 oz of water 2 x a day for 2 days.Now, i wasnt having any problem while taking only ACV and water earlier, except for lil stomach discomfortness few mins and they're gone.After adding bicarb soda, i started to feel feverish and my throats kinda sore.Is this normal?i read on another forum that bicarb soda is supposed to minimize the acidity of ACV?
What is happening to my body system?Ive take a sore throat lozenges to sotth my throat now.

im thinking of adding 1/4 teaspoon of Sea Salt into 1 litre of water and sip it through.HA anyone tried this method before?Can i be combined wt ACV?
