I've only been taking it for 5 days, but I can say that it has had an effect on me. I first learned about it from Vulcanel (who I think is brilliant) on the Iodine Supplementation forum. Having my period start after 2+ years was amazing. I felt the stirring in that area after the first day. I have no idea how something could work that fast, but it's the only new thing I've done. I have been on Iodine for 3 months, so maybe that supplementation took me to a place and the IP6 pushed me over the edge. I don't know, but it's what my gut is telling me.

It tastes like citrus-chalk. I got the powder to use to brush my teeth with also. I may go for the capsules after the powder is gone though.

I think you are only supposed to take this for 60 days and then take a break.
