I thought pescetarians only ate fish? Anyway, someone who eats chickens and eggs and seafood is still an omnivore as long as they eat these animals. Maybe they can call themselves an "aspiring vegetarian" if they are looking to eventually stop eating these animals and feel the need for a term to call themselves.
