Hi

I have been going through all the messages in this forum. I have been wanting to try Water Fasting for sometime now. This forum just gave me the required inspiration to go ahead with it.

I plan on starting my Water Fast from tomorrow. I am 5'4 and I weigh 162 lbs. Iam 24. I don't look very fat. But Iam definetely overweight ! I have these terrible love handles that wont go away no matter what I do! And of late I have begun to feel pain in my calf muscles. I hope this Water Fasting helps me to lose some weight and get fit.

I plan to do a 30 days water fast. I will post my SW and EW everyday ! Help me stay motivated folks !!
