You may want to ask this in the MH forum. He will probably recommend a 21 fruit/orange fast to detoxify your body. It sounds like you have a lot of built up fluid/toxins in your head area and probably other places as well. A thorough detoxification of colon/liver/kidneys would probably be a good thing. This seems to help most people feel better.
