I am the same way as you anything hormonal is a nightmare. The pill makes me very ill. I had my Mirena out yesterday and I couldn't be happier about it. You could have a diaphram fitted there is no hormone release in it or get the "old" copper IUD. It has no hormone release either. Other than condoms, spermacides and the Today sponge (which I don't mind) that is all you have left to choose from....or if you have a serious partener see if he will get the shot!!!
