I tried these pills for 6 m0onths with no noticable effect. Certainly not worth the money.

I had better luck with an eggplant tincture you can find out about here. Cut 1 eggplant into 1" chunks and put into a pitcher of water. Let it soak a couple of days and I dring about 4 oz per day. Also, Celery seems to help, supposedly has a lot of magnexium. Eat 2-4 stalks a day. I think I'll try the magnesium tea someone else advised.

Garlic is good if you can stand it. I can't.

Apple cider vinegar has a good rep.
