Not a huge carb eater myself I have always believed that this is true but I think we all understand that NONE of our food actually has any of that inside it.
So unless you got your own mill at home and make all products yourself the only palatable alternative is brown rice. Most others are simply too hard unless ground and used in recopies that require bacteria to make the sugars more absorbable.
NOTE: All IP6 material is removed from grains in commercial mills. Which of course this article fails to mention…
