I would guess the Iodine (and who knows what role the IP6 had) got your ovaries working better and producing estrogen. I find this excellent given all the good stuff estrogen does for us. All organs have estrogen receptors so when it's sunk down low our organs are suffering (brain, bones and gut in particular)

The problem with estrogen is that it's a building hormone and we want it building correctly. Iodine seems to be the golden key for that to happen. AND Iodine is key in all the sex organs so prehaps it just regenerated your ovaries so they could produce estrogen/progesterone again!!!
And evidently enough estrogen that you built a lining and are starting to shed it.
The IP6 might have some role in sending a message to shed your lining. You certainly want it to shed and not sit there.

I'm continually amazed so little is known about what iodine does in the body! None of the experts I've read or talked with seem to have a clue as to what iodine does with the estrogen receptors just that it doing something.
