I am 54, I had my last period about eight months after my 52 birthday. I had terrible periods most of my life and I was always anemic. My periods started to level out after I began to do Liver Flushing when I was 49, then they stopped. For the most part menopause has gone very easy for me. I believe that doing the Liver Flushes helped level out my estrogen levels. I still have monthly mood swings and occasional migraines (I had them all the time from age 13-49) that seem to reflect a monthly shift in hormones, but no bleeding.
