It makes me feel young and fertile :) Im not even in peri menopause or anything, but I love having a period each month. Its also a cleansing process for the body.

I noticed now that Im on Iodine my period is exactly every 28 days. Well, its only been two, but still. It also was heavier and one week long each time which must be detox.
