I did notice some and just would wash the armpits on my lunch hour... lasted about a week is all.

Never had the Bad Breath, but then I oil pull in the mornings using Sunflower oil and Oregano oil... then brush with a clay, Sea Salt and baking soda mix.

Most days I swish with a Food grade 3% H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) mix I make for about 3 minutes or so as well.
