Over 3 weeks, I've gained 5 pounds but I actually have lost the thickness in my rib cage and upper back. I have celiac and feel so much better. I've noticed that I have been developing an hour glass figure that I have never had. I am an apple figure so even though I have gained weight I look different and can stand upright without pain. I have herniated L4,L5 (spine) and this makes a difference on my legs. Now this morning I have noticed a 1.5 pound drop in weight.
