This type of parasite cleansing can be very rough on the body because there are no supporting herbs that help to soothe and protect the body during the cleanse. This type of harsh cleansing is one of the reasons why parasite cleansing fell from grace. You need to take some epsom salts to get your bowels emptied - also drink a lot more water - this will help hydrate the body and will thin out the toxins.
