hi.. i juz signup today, and still reading on wat to eat and what to avoid for B+ve person.

i didnt recalled feeling groggy whenever i ate chicken (we had chicken almost 3 to 4 times a week !!). But i noticed that i will feel groggy every time I took half boiled chicken eggs. And i feel groggy too whenever i take cornflakes (ohh no i supposed not to take corn !!)..

now i know why i feel groggy after taking half boiled chicken eggs.. may be i shud start take note of wat i eat, and slashed the food that make me groggy huh..
