Somer used to say an enema would stop a
detox crisis. I have done this...even one
of those disposable Fleet enemas would
work. Or at least it did for me. Worth a try.

You may also try a hot foot bath. Only
soak your feet, with a cup of epsom salt.

You will want more than 2 days to break
if you have fasted 19 days too...
