no, i thought that was V's guess. fema has let contracts to build a ton of detention facilities across the country. they say it is in case of a mass influx of people into a region from a disaster. makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, dont it?

but wouldnt you know it, there is an agency that is supposed to protect us from this. hardy-har-har. big fat greek joke.
