HI Dr. Dennis i wanted to let you know that I took the dong quai, unicorn root(really hard to find)like you said and I got a period :) Should I continue???

Also want do you recommmend for detoxing the liver? I was thinking of doing a liver flush but heard they can be harsh....is there a more gentle way?
