I have wanted for some time to make the distinction between Kundalini Yoga and Sat Nam Rayasan
Kundalini yoga includes Asanas and chanting, and mudras to increase vibartory energy and strengthen and balance all the bodies
Sat Nam Raysan is a healing space called Suniya- This is not necessarily a yogic pastime but if you are already versed in energetic regulation and movement thru the emotional and spiritual bodies
Suniya is a state that you are already familiar with therefore working with and in it is simplier with the Kundalini background.
They are not the same but can be easily be cross referenced
I suppose there are some, with a meditative practice, that can reach suniya without any yoga practice at all- it helps tho.
Suniya is a theta state or beyond Theta that holds the space for the "other" who is you also, otherwise it would not heal, and putting intention in the space for healing- this helps both parties establish wholeness again. Hence the we are all ONE notion.
It is a simple held intention, under the guidance of a more experience healer who can "see" the healing in the auras. And when sufficient holding and intent has taken place then or if a beginner healer as long as you can be in that focused space..
The healing is complete for that session- but the human bodies on this plane can need continuous attention.
It is a wonderful nuturing practice
