Hi, Grz!

Years since starting to do anything at all, or years since starting to apply ML's ideas?

Not just being snoopy...I'm trying to get a realistic idea what to expect as a time line and course of healing. Am currently having ups and downs, trouble shooting same, learning as I go. THINKING a lot...suprised my head doesn't hurt! LOL!!!

Thanks for your research and expreience so liberally shared here!
