Yes....wombat got that right. I do/did have a goiter and believe it was causing some swallowing problems. Thyroid cartilage wasn't correct but it seems to have improved although not 100%. I couldn't take handfuls of vitamins and swallow easily....no problem now so something good is happening.

Also noticed I was tending to swallowing saliva oddly down my windpipe so I would start coughing badly. That's also much better and happens far less frequently.
