When the answer to a question about resolving a health problem usually says to buy this or that product and take them for the rest of your life; I would tend to say selling products is at least as important as helping people. It would be nice to let newcomers know that some sites are commercially oriented.
I am intrigued by the butt candle idea. Somebody is going to make a fortune!
