Well, maybe I took too much and had a sever die off reaction. That's what I'm thinking because I took some today (not as much as yesterday) and I didn't react that way, so maybe I just over did it. One more question though: You said that at night the body gets more acidic. What symptoms would come along with that? For instance I notice that I feel warmer and sometimes my skin feels warmer or even hot, but I do not have a fever. Is this the acid doing it's thing? How long do I have to drink Baking Soda water is order to get this acid under control? Also, if I am overly acidic wouldn't I experience things like recurrent heartburn?
