Hello Sombrell:

If you read all the messages here and the old forum, "Iodine Support" you will find a few messages about the basal temperature. Take your basal temperature, if it is low then I suggest that you try one drop of Lugol's for a week and see how things change for you. I had similar problems as you and got better in one day.

Also too much sleep means you are depressed, you should do Liver Flush as well.
