I never knew until it was mentioned that Soulful Survivor was a moderator and never felt any kind of "imposition" or intrusion on the forum. When I saw her name on the list, I thought that if there's any sanity left in the world, she would be chosen, but I thought her agreement to be moderator had already been obtained and was shocked that it was forced on her (am I in the right universe?). A sure fire way to destroy everything about a situation is...DON'T "ASK" first.

That's the perfect formula for resentment and a feeling of uneasiness (COMPEL someone and it CANNOT be a labor of love anymore).
