In the last fast I did of 105 days, I experienced a spinal detox that started at my neck and worked its way down and out, over the first few days of the fast. It was a feeling of pain, discomfort and even numbness, but it went away and I felt awesome. It was the first time I'd ever experienced a detox symptom like that before.
