I am planning to start sprouting. I need a cookbook to make bread (from a breadmaker if possible), tortillas. Ideally other things. Also details how to sprout, I plan to use canning jars right now, as it is what I have on hand. Where do you buy your seeds/beans etc for sprouting. I am looking for good and cheap. Also any suggestions. I can't eat any dairy so recipes to make dairy-like items. Also I can't do soy products, but edamame is probably ok, I am not allergic, just have asthma so don't want mucus forming.
