Hi everyone,
This is my first MC. I am on day 3 evening now, for the last 24 hours I've had a splitting headache on only the right side of my head (?). I don't doubt it has something to do with the cleanse but it's getting me frustrated. I keep repeating something that I read here.. "it's only food". That helps me to stop placing foods at the top of my priority list and just remember that the nutrition that I need is still there in the lemonade. My question is this...is there any real reason not to take an advil for the headache? I did the mint tea and the Epsom and ACV bath last night, hoping that would hasten this along but to no avail.

The other thing is that the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is not really passing through me. I've been chronically constipated for as long as I remember and use Smooth Move on a regular basis and it works fine. But all day today I've barely had any BM at all. So my second question is... is the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) preferrable to a second cup of laxative tea in the morning?
