So exactly how are Iodine & Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) antagonistic?
Part of my reason for taking Iodine is because I am Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) sensitive, which subsequently cascaded to giveing me the same reaction to almost all foods.
I am down to about 7 things that I can safely eat.
