We all get to pick our own poisons, not that Non-GMO Soy is poison.

If it works for you, by all means go for it.

I read somewhere that a good percentage (80 to 85%) of all Soy is GMO, but I don't know how they would arrive at that figure.

The health food store that I shop in has many Soy products, but only a few advertise Non-GMO on the packages. You would think if it was Non-GMO that they would certainly put it on the package.

Next time you are in the health food store check out the protien bars, and shakes.
