Hi there.
I am so glad you are starting your forum here!

Perhaps you could suggests something for me.

Over two weeks ago, I was reaching over (forward) to get something and suddenly had a horrible nerve pain in my lower back. My brain could actually see pain circling from right to the left around the disk, like a quick electric loop. Pain was more on the right of the back, then left.
Later that evening, I did some stretches to get my back to normalize. I still had a lot of pain, but not nerve pain. Next morning I went to a store and my back gave out as I was sitting in a chair. For the next 4-5 days, I was flat on my back, there was a nerve pain everytime I moved in certain ways (neck forward, body side ways, etc). On 3rd say or so, some of the pain radiated into my buttocks (right). I had to stretch a lot against the paint to get it better.
IT's been two weeks now, my back is much better. But I could still fill some minor pain in my lower back. Most of the pain was on the right side of the spine.
What do you think I have, and how should it be treated?
