if you still have it in, get them to take it out asap! the longer you have it while you are pregnant, the more likely you are to miscarry or something else to go wrong with the baby. your baby will get the hormones from the mirena while it is still inserted and your baby does not need that. having it in could lead to miscarriage or other problems. i wish you the best.
