I only give suggestion, I do the same at home my husband writes whole letters based on my notes.

OK here we go English experts something like "my Iodine progress at a slow pace"/
"iodine progress slowly, while also using medication"/ Iodine one drop at a time".
"Iodine experience, different than the fast way".

HOW just take the highlights "My story- (then just name the the different iodine's)one step at a time".
