Hey Grz ! This book sounds incredible a book I must have! Yes our polluted future!
This has always been my biggest concern and the largest cause of all my ailments!
When I first came to CZ I was so toxic the back of my tongues was black and I had those deep lateral cracks running down the middle of it! The cleanses and enemas healed a lot but did not return energy and vitality to me! This happened when I started the ML protocol! But still I struggle with toxins and even a sense of well being sometimes that is just not there as often as Id like! I have experienced this wholesome feeling at certain times, but since I still have to make a living in the trades my only source of income at this point in my life these feelings of well being comes and go! As much as I love working with my hands and designing and building sytems and structures I wish I had stayed in the classrooms and the labs and could have avoided all the toxins I have been exposed to!
This book sounds like just what I am looking for ! My problems with particular heavy metals seems to have been eliminated, copper, lead and nickle no longer stay with me for long and have no appearent effect on my health or feelings of well being but boy things like polyvinylchlorides and acetates continue to throw me for a loop to this day! I avoid these toxins as much as possible but it only takes a short exposure to them and I become ill and then frustrated!
