These are not formulas, but anyway... There is a tea called breakstone tea (google), which has chancre de piedra in it and like its name, it breaks up stones. There is also Boldo tea, which I have been trying to get down, but it is nasty tasting.

I have been delighted with a kidney tea someone posted a recipe for on CZ which is made from avocado leaves. (not liver)

I also think that if food is limited, it helps free up the liver.
