You know, Sanc, one of the things that I've noticed with this Iodine supplementation is that I seem to be working through a lot of psychological stuff. I've had a LOT of repressed memories resurface, good and bad. I'm really seeing patterns in my life, I have a very strong sense of "how I got here". I have absolutely NO idea of the physiological reason for this...fluoride leaving the brain? Bromides leaving the heart? I dunno, but I DO know that it is real. With increased clarity of thought comes increased understanding of our "emotional..spiritual selves" or somesuch. So...yeah, some depression...

I take it as some sort of evidence that before really ugly detox symptoms(big zit on the nose, flu-like symptoms)...I'll have a really disgusting, vivid dream.

With this Iodine therapy we ARE waking up. Our SELVES are waking up. Our bodies, our brains, our hearts. And, for me at least, there is a sadness as to what could have been had I not been deprived of this element for so long. So I think that some Depression is natural and to be expected. I've gone from mad to sad to elated...to humbling gratitude to have found this therapy(thanks to V:).

"Considering that low I intake is associated with intellectual deficiency, if we continue to lower the supply of I from our food sources, if we continue to disseminate misinformation about I and if we promote iodophobia in Christian America, we will end up with a nation of zombies worshiping Satan as Queen of Heaven."

a nation of zombies...and that's pretty much what I see, at any mall. Well, THESE zombies are waking up, Dr. Abraham! THANK YOU!

and...on a purely physical level, when I have had the worst detox symptoms, coffee enemas RULE!

And...taking a break helps sometimes, too.

:)
