may i suggest you go down the list and see if some basics are missing. air, water, obviously sunshine(try a tanning booth), good plant oils(do you oil swish?), live food, etc. if you are getting depressed, you must get out of the house.

speaking of house, what is your indoor environment like? fumes, animals, fresh air.
