It's great to learn that others (of such stature) are Out There believing, responding, and reacting to exactly what those of us In Here also believe.

Without hesitance, doubt, or exception - I happily admit to impervious and complete gratitude which I'm certain to carry throughout this life for the reseach, knowledge base, interpretations, postulations in reserve and/or put forth from those whose CZ handles begin with: VWT as well as NIGHLS - and many others of course.

Why should any issue (disgruntlement) evolve out of recognition of such a natural phenomenon as that of noble leadership? Apparently these leaders are being observed by persons in and of a position to distribute the facts, implement the solutions - hence taking on the role which so many of us wish we could: spreading the good word via the type confidence which is only established within a healthcare environment of the real world variety.

From the dialogue Molly mentioned, one might imagine that (they) are also (privately/quietly) *learning* from these CZ leaders - just as we do here while often taking the some of more profound insights for granted.

I wish to extend profuse and quantum congratulations to the Team.
