I would urge you not to cleanse when you are ill. I suggest you eat balanced meals and take in a high quality multi vit/min if possible. You can buy an ozonator for as little as $60. If you want help in locating one for this price let me know. Your immune system is already compromised and fasting will simply deplete your body further of essential minerals. The safest way to clean up and detox is thru oxygen flushing. You will feel immediate results with my recommendations. For the yeast in the vagina you can douche with ozonated water and it will alleviate your discomfort from the yeast.
