wow... your diet sounds a lot like mine!

I see an ND, but I am following the Blood Type Diet for Type A on my own.

It says dairy, citrus and night shade are not good for A's. It does allow grains for A's, but I have severe reactive hypoglycemia, so I can't do grains.

It's really not easy finding something to eat!!
