Hi MH,

Quite a while back, you mentioned something about women in the 40s should take certain supplements in order to help them better cope with menopausal symptoms. I could not locate that message. Please kindly advise again and also what other additional supplements to take for calcium loss and hormone replacement ? What detoxes should be done after menopause has set in ? Thank you.
