You are on the money in all your assumptions. In the natural healing process going though healing crises is part of healing process so it is a good sign.

The wisdom in fasting is never break on a low as that is an indication that your system is passing/processing and moving toxins and it is best to allow the proccess to run it's course then break on a high. You're doing great press on>>>>>>>>>>>>
