I have been researching and researching and can not find a vegetarian form of natural vitamin B complex supplement. Everything is synthesized. The best claimed source I have found is by nutriplex but they use bovine from a cow. Otherwise the most natural form of B vitamins comes from black strap mollases, some trace of it in maple syrup which both have far too much Sugar in them to get large quantities of B complex out of them. Brewers yeast seems to be contraindicated with regards to candida and i always make a point of avoiding anything with yeast. Of course im going to get it in foods anyway so i really want to minimize taking anything with obvious yeast in it.

This brings me to the conclusion that its all marketing and our need for vitamin B complex is over hyped. I believe we get enough if we were to eat raw organic vegetables and sprouts. What we can't get in food, we shouldn't get anywhere else?

Any thoughts and any recommendations for a completely natural or atleast partly natural form of vitamin B complex is very much appreciated.
