i did it!
i finished day 2. and i REALLY feel fine.
last time(s) that i did the mc, two days was all i could handle, but this time, i'm looking forward to day 7. can't wait for day 10 and watch out 14, here i come!
but... note to self...don't watch the food channel when on the mc. i'm a pastry chef and its habit. i can't help it.
so tomorrow i go to work. i make 300 desserts, but i concentrate on what i'm doing FOR my body.
